Delivery Information
- We aim to deliver the next day from when goods are available. If stock is not available we will contact you as soon as possible
- Deliveries to the Highlands, North Scotland and Islands of the British mainland will be subject to additional delivery charges.
- Please note goods MUST be signed for and require someone at the property to receive the delivery.
- "Next Day Delivery" is a service provided by our carriers and we cannot be held liable if an order does not arrive on the next business day after sending.
- Orders received before 12 noon will usually be processed and dispatched the same day (in stock items only), for orders placed after 12 noon we will endeavour to despatch the order the same day but we cannot guarantee this.
- If you are not in the United Kingdom you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods, this is outside our control and payment of these charges is your responsibility. Delivery fees may be higher than quoted.
- Claims for shortages or damage to the goods in transit must be notified in writing to the company within 3 days of receipt.
- Goods are not supplied on a trial basis or on a 'use or return' basis.
- We may be able to ship to European destinations. Please email or telephone before ordering to confirm delivery rates.
Pricing Policy and Contract Formation
- Neither the receipt of your order by us nor the receipt of our confirmation of order by you constitutes the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell.
- We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any item and will notify you as soon as possible of any such action.
- We reserve the right not to do business with any individual or company at our absolute discretion.
- Subject to the other terms and conditions any order shall only be deemed to have been accepted when we have expressly confirmed that we have accepted your order and have shipped the goods to you.
- Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Your Right To Cancel
- Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and so their individual cancellation terms will apply. Please check with us before ordering if you have any questions relating to a specific item’s cancellation policy.
- For items where cancellation is acceptable, you must inform us of you wish to cancel in writing by recorded mail or by fax or Email with a return-receipt obtained and must be dated and sent to our correct business address, fax number or email address as listed on our contact page within 3 days of receipt of your delivery.
- A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning the goods.
- The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number.
- If the goods are not complete, new and unused then a restocking fee may apply dependent upon any damage or loss to product or packaging. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of up to 15% on certain items.
- Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk, please insure the goods and ensure a signature is obtained for the goods on arrival at our premises.
- During the period prior to official receipt by us of the goods being returned, the customer must look after the goods and ensure they are insured at their own cost.
- You may not cancel your order if any software, fixtures or fittings supplied with the product or as the product has been unsealed.
- Refunds will be made within 30 days to the original credit/charge/debit card the goods were purchased on or in the case of a cheque payment a cheque written to the original person/company who issued the original cheque as applicable.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
